Challenge: Merger and Acquisition Services is a small company in a sea of giants. What makes them unique is their impressive track records and their personality. They go the whole nine yards to make the process simple and hand guide their clients so there are no surprises.

Solution: Vizualle research competitors and analyzed their web site and information structure. The research shows that most companies provide a lot of information in general about the industry and the meaning of what it means to manage a merger process. However, when analyzing the audience and their needs, we found that we're dealing with two type of audience: the buyer and the seller.

Looking in details at our research we found that audience of both groups want to know your history and statistics, and that info drives them to stay on the web site or leave. A second need is to know what is currently on sale/wanted list.

At Vizualle we designed the information to support the needs of both audience groups. A glance of the wanted/sale items are available on the homepage, as well as a link to an easy to review closing transactions. The closing transactions are available to download which makes it very easy for client to print and show them to anyone else. Another useful elements we added was the newsletter. The newsletter able M&AS build a client list and find new contacts as well as to inform the users about the latest items on the market.
